Diaspora Yeshiva Toras Yisrael | Mount Zion, Jerusalem
March 19th, 2025 / 19th of Adar I, 5785
The Rosh Yeshiva discusses the greatness of HaShem in designing this world to require us to serve Him by doing His mitzvos (commandments), and thereby to sanctify His Name in the world, and yet this in reality being a gift for our own benefit and reward. He also gives over the only tikkun a person can do once he or she has transgressed HaShem’s Torah in one of the ways that are not repaired by the 20 levels of teshuvah (repentance).
The Shmooze also includes an amazing series of events that occurred — including a message from Shamayim — which led to the recognition of Diaspora Yeshiva, the original baal teshuvah yeshiva, by State of Israel as a real yeshiva, paving the way for all of the baal teshuvah yeshivos that followed—central to whose work is the sanctification of HaShem’s Name.
