Rav Gavriel Russek

Rav Gavriel studied at the Mir Yeshiva where he received his in-depth knowledge of Torah from great Rabbis, such as the Rosh Yeshiva, Rav Natan Tzvi Finkel, Rav Eliboruch Finkel, Rav Avraham Mark, Rav Aharon David, Rav Binyamin Finkel, and Rav Reuven Loichter. Later, he was also a student of the great Mashgiach, Rav Chaim Walkin, receiving from all of them the paths of Torah study and the depths of the human being and its characteristics and how to improve as a person.

Rav Gavriel was Magid Shiur at Yeshivat Binyan Olam. He was also the creator and leader of the Ajeinu organization, for the help and union of Latinos in Israel. He was Rosh of the Latin section of Yeshivat Shaarei Daat, the founder and Rosh Yeshiva of the Or Leisrael Organization, Rosh Kollel and Magid Shiur in Yeshivat Dvar Yerushalayim. Rav Gavriel is also knowledgeable and experienced in Jewish outreach, deep Torah study, and human psychology according to the Torah.

With such a wealth of knowledge and experience, Rav Gavriel is a tremendous addition the Diaspora Yeshiva Toras Yisrael team, teaching, advising, and helping the students, especially as part of our Lomday Torah Spanish program.
